Despite its small size, Victoria’s climate does vary across the state, with the north generally drier and warmer than the south. There are four distinctly marked seasons, ranging from hot summers (Dec-Feb), to cool winters (Jun-Aug), with some snowfall on the mountains to the north of the state.
